The BMW E21 was originally only offered as a closed car
However, BMW AG entered into a collaboration with the body factory BAUR to produce a convertible and in the period from 1978 to 1981 – 4.595 units were thus manufactured/rebuilt. Bauer TC-1 convertible
However only 1.543 of the 6-cylinder model 323I were produced. like the Baur cabriolet
This is a particularly nice example of a BMW 323I Baur convertible from 1981
The car was sold from new in Switzerland where it was driven until it came to Denmark in 2013
